I grew up in New York City and attended City University NY, earning a degree in Education/Sociology, a Masters in Reading/Learning Disabilities, and a Masters in Early Childhood Education.
During the early 1970's, I invested in real estate and managed my own properties. In 1989 I moved to Florida and obtained my real estate license. Between 1999 and 2006, I worked as an investment advisor at a major firm, and I was also director of the Certified Financial Planner Program at Nova Southeastern University, where I obtained a mortgage broker license. Throughout the years, I have continued to sell and evaluate residential real estate, specializing in short sales, foreclosures, and investment properties. In 2009 we purchased a house in Blue Ridge, Georgia and have been here since then.
I feel that my industry knowledge and 35 years of experience in real estate help me find perfect homes for my clients. Whether they are searching for their primary residences, investment properties, or second homes, I have the patience and ability to make their searches successful.
